Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, having them sign in log book and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security via name badges and telecommunications system.
Serves as telephone back up to other administrators. Answers, screens and forwards any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, faxing, organizing etc.
Collaborate with other administrators on deliveries and supplies and distribute accordingly.

Our hospice care specialists provide care for terminally ill patients and their families. We know how sensitive these times may be, and our goal is to provide patients and their families with effective healthcare that will improve the quality of a patient’s last days.
We provide an individualized treatment plan to comfortably manage pain and physical symptoms of each need a patient may have. Our team is made of doctors, nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, grief counselors, and volunteers that work together to help patients live life as comfortably and fulfilled as possible.
