SEEKING VOLUNTEERS FOR OUR FUN SUMMER PROGRAMS!

Do you care about making a lasting difference in the lives of local kids and teens? Do you want to have a FUN and meaningful volunteer experience?

If so, then you’re invited to join our team and share your skills and experiences with our Club youth! You can fill a variety of roles based on your interests in order to build mentoring relationships with our kids and teens.

Power Hour Tutor: Help K-6 kids finish their homework by working with students one-on-one, in a small group of 4-5, or floating around the room to assist with homework questions.

Athletics Coach: Inspire youth to live healthier lives by helping our gym staff play, coordinate, and referee team games/sports.

Games Room Assistant: Help kids de-stress and have fun by playing board games, pool, Foosball, and other games with them.

Teen Center Specialist: Spend quality time with teens (grades 7-12) in our Teen Center, a separate space within our Club for teens.

Art Studio Assistant: Assist our art room staff with daily visual art and design activities.

Volunteer Requirements:

1) Be at least 16 years old

2) Complete online application and waiver (http://www.northidahobgc.org/adult-volunteer-application)

3) Attend orientation (Club tour included)

4) Pass background check

5) Commit to 12-weeks of volunteering (minimum one hour per week)

Benefits:

We provide a volunteer t-shirt and nametag for you to wear in the Club.

You’ll be invited to participate in various after-hours events with our kids, teens and families.
