The Salvation Army, Manatee is searching for a few volunteers who can give a few hours to bring support to our front office.
You can volunteer as little as one morning a week or as much as you'd like and bring a friend!
Volutneers will help by answering general calls and connect them to the appropriate department in addition greeting clients.
If you're at least 18 years old, are friendly, can volunteer 8:30am-12:30pm at least one day a week and have a heart to serve our community in need, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

We are the Salvation Army of Manatee County and we combine our global mission of preaching the gospel & meeting human needs, with our passion for our local community and call it Mission Manatee.
Our unit is locally driven, funded and focussed. Volunteers are essential in serving our community and we want to recruit, work with and celebrate kindness, compassion, dedication and service.
Our facility in Downtown Bradenton houses two shelters - one of which is the ONLY emergency shelter for woman/children in our county- a large commercial kitchen, food pantry and social service offices to respond to the needs of our homeless community and those at risk of becoming homeless.
