This year Esperanza Shelter is celebrating 40 years of service to Santa Fe County and the eight Northern Pueblos. We are planning numerous events and fundraisers to celebrate this milestone with our community. Consequently, we are looking to sign up a variety of extra, temporary volunteers to assist with these events. Won't you join us and honor the work Esperanza Shelter has been doing to save lives and create futures?

Esperanza, of Greater Santa Fe, empowers people to live violence-free lives through protection, prevention, awareness and education.
Description
Esperanza offers a 24-hour domestic/dating violence crisis hotline; 24-hour emergency shelter services for victims of domestic violence; and non-residential counseling for survivors, offenders and children. The agency also provides intimate partner violence prevention, teen dating violence prevention, and healthy boundary education to schools, community groups, churches, businesses, health care providers, etc., in Santa Fe County.
