Help All Children to "Grow, Play!" in This Natural Outdoor Classroom

We have a need for UP TO 10 VOLUNTEERS to assist us with SUMMER CAMP and working in the classroom with children and teachers! You would assist them on field trips and with tutoring help!

We will need an ONGOING NUMBER of volunteers who are willing to donate time and energy in writing letters to possible donors; filing out applications for grants; askings local philanthropists, business owners, and people interested in our cause for donations.

We will need GROUPS of volunteers who are willing to donate their time, energy, and labor when we are having work days that will be scheduled and posted.

We will need an ONGOING NUMBER of people to assist in gathering in-kind donations from businesses. Items such as: kids-sized rakes, trowels, small picks, gloves, hoes, and wagons. We will also be asking for materials such as rocks, gravel, pavers, decorative items, compost, mulch, and seeds.

We would love to have SPECIALTY VOLUNTEERS who can perform certain types of jobs. Specific jobs that require special skills are needed such as: drywalling, electrical, carpentry, fencing, hauling debris (requires a truck & trailer), window installation, general contracting, and plumbing.

We also have a need for COMMITTEE MEMBERS. At this time, (May, 2016) we still need approximately five additional Committee members. You will need to be dedicated and able to spend about six hours per month on Grow, Play! activities. At this time, we are trying to conduct our meetings online.
