ORGANIZATION: Foundation for Second Chances, Inc.

The Treasurer will work along with the The Fundraising Development Committee to oversee the development and implementation of Foundation for Second Chances (FFSC) Fundraising Plan. The goal of the FDC is to raise funds and create streams of ongoing support to sustain FFSC’s various programs, services and expenses.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
  • Receive, record, and authorize requests for disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct or coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and statutes.
  • Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels.
  • Potential for special projects as candidate's schedule allows.
