Boston Education, Skills & Training (BEST) Corp. is looking for dedicated, engaging, computer-savvy individuals to assist in our upcoming pre-employment hospitality training program. Students in the program learn soft skills (customer service) and hard skills (room attendant training, etc.), as well develop the tech skills they need to excel at work and in their personal lives. These tech skills include Word, Internet, and Email.
Volunteers would assist students in the Computer class once a week (Mondays or Wednesdays) from 1-3pm, from February 29 th - March 28 th.

Description
BEST Hospitality Training is the education provider for members of the Local 26 hotel workers union. We offer English, GED, Citizenship, and Computer classes, as well as Food Server, Room Attendant, and Culinary Training. Our students come from all over the world. We are proud of the warm, inviting atmosphere we have created here, and look forward to having more volunteers become a part of it.
