This year’s 2016 American Liver Foundation (ALF) Liver Life Walk participants will join over 30,000 supporters nationwide who are walking to raise funds for our local programs for people living with liver disease, support our research efforts and to promote liver wellness. Last year we raised more than $250,000 and over 1.7 Million Dollars across the country. This year, with your donation, we know we can diminish our costs and ensure more dollars are spent supporting our mission. Our 3 local Liver Life Walks to benefit the American Liver Foundation will take place in the spring in New Jersey, New York, and Long Island.
We need volunteers to help with various tasks during the Liver Life Walk to be sure we have enough staff for the hundreds of people that attend this wonderful event!

The American Liver Foundation is the nation's leading non-profit organization promoting liver health and disease prevention.
The American Liver Foundation was created in 1976 by the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease (AASLD). This organization of scientists and healthcare professionals was concerned with the rising incidence of liver disease and the lack of awareness among both the general public and the medical community. The mission, the programs and the services provided by American Liver Foundation complement the great work of AASLD.
