The Help Group

Do you have talents, skills and kindness to share? We welcome you! Volunteer to teach small, fun workshops in art, music, cooking, movie-making, zumba, drama activities, dancing, games... or whatever makes your heart sing! You'll be working with adults who are challenged with Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities in small group home settings in the San Fernando Valley. We invite friendly, engaging and caring individuals who have an open heart and a willingness to share their time and knowledge with others. Just one or two hours a week can make a profound difference in the lives of folks with challenges! Please contact Ann Avidor, Volunteer Coordinator, at avidor@thehelpgroup.org or 818.779.5233 with your interest or questions. Or visit our website at www.thehelpgroup.org. We look forward to hearing from you!
