3 Volunteers Needed for "Time Out of Mind" Movie Screening Event on 02/25

We are looking for three event volunteers to assist at our exclusive viewing of Time Out of Mind, at ACT’s Costume shop on February 25 th from 5 PM to 9:15PM. Below is the timeline for the event. If you would like to volunteer, please email bholian@chp-sf.org. We look forward to hearing from you.

Thursday, February 25 th

5 PM - Volunteers arrive and help with Set up

5:30 PM Event Begins

- Volunteers help greet and check in attendees

- Volunteers maintain clean snack and drink station

6:00 PM Movie Begins

6:30 PM Registration closes

- Volunteers watch movie

8:25 PM Movie Ends

- Thank guest for attending and assist with clean up

9:00 PM All guest are out of Costume Room

9:15 PM Clean up concludes and volunteers head home
