On Saturday, February 20, Artopia featuring Whiteout, the Westword fashion show, will fill City Hall with art, culture and fashion. And cocktails, of course, which attendees can enjoy as they move through eight spaces filled with art installations and exhibits, curated by Jolt of Guerilla Garden and showcasing this city's most talented up-and-coming artists, as well as some local luminaries and national stars. This year's offerings will highlight an eclectic mix of artists, musicians and design brands, including D'Lola Couture, Denver Bespoke, Equillibrium, Gino Velardi, Mona Lucero, Yocisco Underwear, Elyse Rainbolt, AnnaFesta, Mark Sink, Thomas Evans, Michael Dowling and more. Enjoy Westword's 21st annual celebration of the arts, shop the Artopia marketplace, and witness the big reveal of this year's class of MasterMinds, artists and organizations honored for their creativity and contributions to Denver's cultural landscape. Sponsors of this year's Artopia include Pabst Blue Ribbon, Red Bull, Art Students League of Denver and Blue Nectar Tequila.

Volunteers will select from a variety of shifts, Sponsor/Artist Load In, VIP Ticket Takers, GA Ticket Takers, Happy Hour Doors, VIP Food.

Description

Youth on Record is committed to ensuring that the youth we serve graduate from high school and are ready to enter the workforce, transition to college or enter advanced technical training . Our programs empower teens in some of Denver’s most vulnerable communities to make life choices that positively impact their future by teaching them to develop the tools, inspiration and wherewithal to succeed in today’s world and to become leaders of tomorrow. Our intensive, for-credit high school classes are led by a powerful group of culturally relevant Colorado musicians, all of whom have a passion for working with at-risk and underserved youth in the Denver Metro area.
