Wyakin Foundation
Battle Tested, Business Ready

The Warrior-mentor relationship is one of the most personal and critical dynamics of the Wyakin program. Community and professional mentors are matched with Warriors on a one-to-one basis in an enduring relationship designed to challenge and inspire the Warrior to personal and professional growth. Our mentors are personally vested in the development of their Warrior academically, professionally, and emotionally. Additionally, mentors are asked to attend routine training and continuous improvement opportunities in support of Warrior success. Professional mentorship focuses on industry-specific career readiness, professional skill development, networking opportunities, and job search support. Community mentorship offers our Warriors a general resource to promote self-awareness and reflection, pursuit of personal growth, and overall wellness in transition.
