Petsmart Euless - Adoption Center Coordinator

NEEDED Organized and technology savvy person to manage the in-store adoption center and volunteers at the Euless Petsmart. We have seven volunteers, one for each day of the week, that tend to the cats and center.

Duties would include:

• Sending a weekly email to center volunteers letting them know which cats (with photos) will be in the center that week. Advise of any quirks the cats may have (e.g. bites, freaks out if picked up, super shy, etc.).
• Be the point of contact for the volunteers - They will contact you if they are sick, will be out of town or there's a problem at the center. If somebody cannot make their scheduled day you will make sure we have another volunteer to cover it.
• Check supply levels at the center 1st or 3rd week of the month. We hold adoption events in store the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. If you let us know we need adult or kitten kibble, paper plates, cleaner or other supplies we will bring them at that time.

This is an on-going comittment with the majority of duties accomplished remotely.
