CAIR-SFBA is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help setup, train the team, and implement our brand-new Salesforce database for the non-profit!

• Setting up Salesforce and optimizing it for our needs (including campaigns, reports, dashboards, donations, and more)
• Creating standard operating procedures and best practices for using Salesforce.
• Developing solutions for volunteer management, donor management, and subscriber management
• Teaching others in our organization how to integrate Salesforce into their roles (including the operations, programs, and fundraising teams)

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of, and experience with Salesforce
• Non-profit experience preferred (though not required)
• Responsiveness to emails and reliability, in general
• A positive attitude
• In-person training with some virtual support needed
