CAIR-SFBA is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help setup, train the team, and implement our brand-new Salesforce database for the non-profit!
- Setting up Salesforce and optimizing it for our needs (including campaigns, reports, dashboards, donations, and more)
- Creating standard operating procedures and best practices for using Salesforce.
- Developing solutions for volunteer management, donor management, and subscriber management
- Teaching others in our organization how to integrate Salesforce into their roles (including the operations, programs, and fundraising teams)
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of, and experience with Salesforce
- Non-profit experience preferred (though not required)
- Responsiveness to emails and reliability, in general
- A positive attitude
- In-person training with some virtual support needed
- Friendly enviornment and freshly baked goods!
- Connect with your neighborhood civil rights organization!
- Help us be more efficient and streamlined so we can protect more people's rights and fight Islamophobia!

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), grassroots civil rights and advocacy group. CAIR is America's largest Islamic civil liberties group, with regional offices nationwide. The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is the oldest CAIR office.
