Our Mission The mission of the Charleston SC SCORE Chapter is to provide professional counseling and mentoring to entrepreneurs. Our members are volunteers with knowledge, expertise and experience. SCORE Community Outreach SCORE partners with professionals who are available speak at workshops and to talk to you directly.
Description
SCORE Charleston SC, covering the Lowcountry, is a local chapter of the national organization. Through confidential mentoring, provided at no charge to our small business startup and ongoing clients, and extensive workshops (minimal charge) and roundtable (no charge) eduction programs along with extensive online resources via experienced successful business people, SCORE provides a unique source to help small businesses succeed and prosper. To that end, we are constantly looking for experienced business people to join our ranks as mentors and allow us to provide volunteer counsel to more clients in need.

SCORE volunteers provide confidential business mentoring services, both in person and online. We lead seminars and workshops to help small business owners meet their goals and achieve success. We help expand outreach of SCORE through marketing and alliance building in our local communities. We provide subject matter expertise by industries and professional skills.
