Goodwill seeks a Community Engagement Research Intern to support ongoing community engagement activities within the agency. This individual will perform in-depth research of the corporate philanthropic marketplace gathering, recording, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and communicating their findings to the leadership.

This internship may also be described as the systematic and objective identification, collection, analysis, and dissemination of information for the purpose of assisting management in community engagement decision making related to the identification and solution of problems and opportunities in the marketplace.

This internship appeals to people who enjoy research, collecting and analyzing information, problem-solving and who can communicate their findings clearly using advanced analytical methods to help investigate complex issues, identify and solve problems, and make better decisions in community engagement activities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Research, collecting and analyzing data information to help support community engagement.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies):

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and familiar with internet search engines such as Google, Bing, etc.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
