If you’re always hanging out on Facebook, Twitter, and similar sites and like writing catchy comments, then being a Social Media Coordinator could be a great volunteer position for you. Use the awesome power you have through your social media networks to get our important message out there! The Social Media Coordinator ignites the passion for Mid-Columbia Tri-Cities SCORE within the community. SCORE needs a volunteer Social Media Coordinator to help manage and expand our efforts on Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites, to expand our supporter base. Mid-Columbia Tri-Cities SCORE is 100% volunteer-operated, and we are dependent on donations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and interest in small business.
  • Solid understanding of Facebook and other social media sites.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to write engaging content.
  • Proficiency with photo editing / graphics program.
  • Needs to be able to devote time every month.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers.
