This year's Clean Up 'Cuse event is a chance for friends, neighbors, and co-workers to help clean up our community. We are looking for volunteers to help clean up two areas of the Northside.
The clean-up will take place on Saturday, April 23rd in both the Hawley-Green neighborhood and the North Salina Street corridor on Syracuse's northside. The start time has not yet been determined, but will likely be around 9:30 AM. Volunteers will be provided with all necessary clean-up materials, beverages, and snacks. There will be supervisors for each clean-up site and block leaders that will be supervising each block in case there are any questions or safety concerns.
Groups of all ages and sizes can volunteer to clean up on Friday or Saturday (or both). The more people that help out, the more litter we can remove from our community’s streets, highways, and parks!
