mini BP MS 150 Blitz Day Event | February 11, 2016

What: An event to get former participants registered for the 2016 BP MS 150; the largest fundraising event of its kind to support individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis. Our goal is to make 2,000 phone calls!

When: Thursday, February, 11th from 12:00 pm-5:00 pm. We ask volunteers to sign up for 2 hour shifts if possible.

Where: National MS Society Office, 8111 N. Stadium Drive, Suite 100, Houston, Texas 77054

Who: Volunteers, MS Ambassadors, Committees, and Society Staff

How: We will have a "call center" set up in our conference room. Volunteers will gather together to make phone calls to past riders encouraging registration, a script and directions will be provided.

Other details: We will provide a call list, a telephone, and a simple script for volunteers to utilize as they encourage past riders to register. Society staff will be available for assistance/questions, etc. We will provide snacks, refreshments and drinks.

Seeking out and engaging volunteers to join the movement is at the very core of our organization.

We engage volunteers at every level. Join an event committee, volunteer at a walk or bike event, advocate at the capitol, volunteer at our office, no matter how you choose to contribute, you are doing something about MS now!

The Society is looking for passionate volunteers with expertise in areas such as: marketing communications, public relations, corporate and donor development, medical, legal, administrative and organizational expertise.

We are always looking for volunteers who want to share their time and talent to help stop MS!
