ORGANIZATION: Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter

Frequency: Bi-weekly - During regular business hours, Monday through Friday: 9:00 a..m. - 5:00 p.m. (Flexible), One 4 hour shift

Essential Volunteer Functions will include but are not limited to:

  • Research
  • Cold Calls
  • Mass Mailings

Minimum Requirements:

  • Comfortable making cold calls to past and prospective participants and teams in an effort to register both previous and new individuals for the upcoming Walk season
  • Competent in Microsoft Word; knowledge/experience with Excel also preferred.
  • Comfortable using search engines to create prospect lists utilizing Excel
  • Experience with GoogleDocs a plus
  • Work/volunteer experience in a nonprofit organization is a plus.

Training Requirements:

  • Chapter volunteer orientation
  • One-on-one training with acting supervisor per project
