We are happy to announce our tremendous growth venturing into 2020. We are seeking select individuals in permanent and temporary volunteer roles Social Media Warrior, Brand Ambassadors, Grant Writers, Event Managers, Booty Committee, Blue Brew & Hope Committee, Volunteers, Board Members
Social Media Warrior: promote awareness, educate, and support the cause through social media outlets
Brand Ambassador: represent our brand blue-cause to promote awareness, raise funds, and increase followers
Grant Writers: request, complete, and submit grant applications through corporate, government, foundation, or trust
Event Managers: create, hold, and manage fundraising events to promote awareness
Booty Committee: meet monthly-quarterly to exchange resources, ideas, brain trust, council, and help guide the foundations direction
Blue Brew & Hope Committee: meet monthly-quarterly to exchange resources, ideas, brain trust, council, and help guide the foundations direction
Volunteer: help with events, fundraisers, contributions, and other. Great way to receive community hours
Board Members: help jointly oversee the activities of the foundation. submit request, attention election committee below

Description
Our goals at the Ty Lewis Cancer Foundation (TLCF) is to offer support and share resources with individuals and families struggling with early diagnoses and treatment, raise awareness and educate communities on preventative measure such as early screenings, the importance of knowing personal family history, understanding risk factors like diet and exercise, and effects of a cancer diagnoses on mental health. Colorectal cancer affects the lives of more than 140,000 Americans every year, up to 25% of cancer survivors experience symptoms of depression and up to 45% experience anxiety, with education and awareness together can make colorectal cancer a preventative disease.
