ORGANIZATION: Blossom

  • 23 people are interested

This position assists the Executive Director with her varied day-to-day tasks, including errands, data entry, event planning, marketing, or general administrative duties, and may include special tasks that utilize your particular talents. This is a voulteer-to-hire position for the right person.

Blossom Care Network (BCN) works with Colorado’s trafficked and at-risk children wherever they're at, helping to lead them toward an abundantly fruitful future. The Blossom Mentoring Center provides 1-to-1 trauma informed mentoring and coordinates services that help vulnerable children identify and develop their interests and skills, encouraging them toward lifelong success. Through the Blossom Mentoring Center, BCN will fill the need that almost all sexually exploited kids have; a lack of consistent, caring adult relationships.

We’re looking for people with a positive "git-er-done" attitude and an unbreakable code of personal integrity that follow through on 100% of their commitments. More than for ourselves, it is for the children we serve that BCN must demand these requirements. If you meet these qualifications and you are interested in assisting with things such as, grant writing, website management (Joomla and/or MySQL), marketing, social media, public relations, or day-to-day business administration, there is potentially a spot for you on the Blossom team.

As a seed stage, faith-based 501(c)3 nonprofit, BCN aims to build its’ culture around integrity from the start. We want people who share our values to step into critical positions. Deep experience is not a prerequisite but the right attitude is!

All positions are volunteer-to-hire. We are looking for committed people to get in on the ground level of a high growth organization that will be making a difference in our communities and our children’s lives throughout Colorado.

Please contact Executive Director, Madeline Behnke to schedule an initial interview.
