Homes from the Heart is seeking two new board members with a passion for serving the poor internationally. Experience in fundraising and development, engineering or construction, accounting, law, or international development are helpful but not required. The board meets quarterly in Overland Park, KS. However, virtual attendance is also possible.

We respond to the needs of the poor and engage our volunteers in life-changing experiences through the provision of homes.
Description
Homes from the Heart builds homes for people affected by natural disasters or severe poverty in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Haiti. We also host volunteer trips for families, schools, churches, and businesses. Our volunteers work alongside the people and communities we serve to help build homes. While we are a Christian organization, we welcome volunteers from all faiths or no faith.
