PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provides continuum of care family follow-up calls to after emergency communications and call-center casework services, including access to financial assistance, to members of the US Military, their families and to other eligible Red Cross Clients.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Minimum 4 hours per week, flexible with a scheduled commitment
• Orientation to the American Red Cross • Specific SAF on-line casework and case management｠ system training • Specific SAF classroom training regarding practices, policies｠ and procedures • SAF Basic Training Webinars -SAF Overview; Military 101; Family Follow-Up • Willingness to gain knowledge of Military Culture,｠ Diversity, Sensitivity and Awareness (eLearning) and｠ how to access community resources
