PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Ensure Red Cross Casework Team has the capacity to provide military members, families and veterans with family follow-up, information, resources and referrals to organizations for assistance.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible, with a scheduled commitment
• Orientation to the American Red Cross
• Specific SAF on-line casework and case management system training
• Specific SAF classroom training regarding practices, policies and procedures (if applies)
• SAF Basic Training webinars, as appropriate (SAF Overview; Military 101; Family Follow-up; etc.)
• Familiarization with the SAF Manual (ARC 1295)
• Diversity, Sensitivity and Awareness E-Learning (Recommended)
