PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Development Assistant will assist with special projects that help fulfill fundraising needs and provide support for the annual fundraising events, chapter stewardship efforts such as mailings, thank you calls/notes to donors, office assistance, donor database maintenance, and donor research.
OPEN TIME DAYS
8 hours/week during business hours. ｠Flexible scheduling.
• Orientation to American Red Cross
• Development Department Orientation
• On-the-job training with volunteer supervisor
• Knowledge of annual American Red Cross events including the Red Cross Ball, Ride for the Red, and Heroes Breakfast.
