PLACEMENT PURPOSE
In this role, Volunteer Services Engagement Partners support the implementation, process and sustainability for volunteer engagement at the Red Cross regional level or within assigned chapter jurisdiction. This position provides volunteer program leadership, management and strategic support in areas of recruitment, onboarding, recognition, satisfaction and retention.
OPEN TIME DAYS
5 to 8 hours per week; flexible schedule; may require evenings and/or weekends on occasion
- Orientation to the American Red Cross
- Onthejob training from supervisor, as needed
