We are looking for passionate, energetic and creative volunteers to assist in our Adult Intellectual Disabilities Services Program. Volunteers will have the chance to work directly with participants and will assist them during art and craft activities, community activities, group activities and with their Individual Support Plans. This volunteer opportunity is available week days and on the second Saturday of every month!

Description
Easter Seals provides services, programs and advocacy for over 30,000 people with disabilities of all ages in our area. People with disabilities served include: Stroke, Developmental delays, Polio, Muscular Dystrophy, Speech, Language and Hearing Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Spina Bifida, Alzheimer's Disease, Mental Retardation, Amputation, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, and Orthopedic disabilities. Examples of programs and services include: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy, Assistive Technology, Summer Camp, Independent Living Training Skills, Adult Basic Education, Computer Training, Job Training and Placement, Support Groups, Day and Community Programs, and Specialized Transportation
