The Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System offers Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) programs for kids throughout the year. Our youth services librarian at the East Atlanta Library created a STEAM club for elementary school students to build stuff, run and jump, make music, make art and make a mess. Projects include Little Bits, glow in the dark geometry, toilet paper Olympics, and much more! Science, service and teaching experience are recommended, but please contact us to find out more and to complete a volunteer application. We need a committed volunteer who can help every Thursday from 3:45-6pm.
