HI!
Come join us as we provide supplemental education assistance (helping kids with homework) and introduce them to various styles of art. We have homework help in the first hour and it continues if students aren't finished. Meals are provided by Operation Food Search. The second hour consists of various art and other instruction by local artists and tech people from St. Louis. We operate out of the Dellwood Rec Center (10266 W. Florissant Ave), Monday through Thursday, 4-6:30 PM.

Mission Statement
Artists As Tutors was founded in response to the events in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014. We saw an opportunity to support young students who need supplemental education assistance and an empathetic ear.
Our goal is to provide students with homework help and share our skills in music, visual art, creative writing and theater. As artists we bring a foundation of dynamic learning that can benefit students’ practical and cognitive skills.
We want to enlist the educators, parents and community members that share our interest in helping these young students. We currently serve children in the Ferguson-Florissant school district, 4-6 pm Mondays and Wednesdays at Dellwood Recreation Center.
