Student Exchange/Local Coordinator
(Contract Position)
iE-USA is a non-profit high school student exchange organization designated by the U.S. Department of State and providing the highest standard of personalized and hands-on care of each participating student and host family, with most students coming from Europe.
Local Coordinator Responsibilities:
Promote student exchange in local communities
Identify and screen potential host families
Maintain monthly contact with exchange students and host families, providing support as needed
iE provides:
Personalized training and ongoing support
Marketing materials
Payment for student placement
International travel incentives
Candidates should:
Be responsible, dependable and trustworthy
Be outgoing
Be self-motivated

Description
iE-USA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational exchange organization that was founded in 2002. We are devoted to building and strenghthening relationships and understanding among the people of the world and believe that learning about other cultures, languages, and customs is the best way to eliminate fears and prejudices. We pride ourselves on providing individual care and direct support to our exchange students, host families, local schools, and iE team members, and we are certified by the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET).
