Circles Utah Valley: Circles is a national initiative that works with local individuals and families to achieve financial stability. No lasting change happens without relationships. Circles believe that through relationships, families in poverty through support will be able to move out of poverty. We empower individuals and families to permanently move out of poverty by engaging the community's strength, empathy, and existing resources.
