Hunger Action Month is upon us! September is a great month to get involved in with helping the food bank, because we will have fun things going on all month to celebrate the work being done by our volunteers in our community. Hunger Action Month is also the last month before our busy 4th quarter holiday season gets started, so it is a great time to get on the calendar before it gets too full.
Bring your team or company group to the food bank and take a break from the office. We need help at the food bank sorting and packing our rescued food on a daily basis. That means spending a short three hours making sure that everyone in our community goes to bed each night with a full belly. Individuals or groups are welcome to join in on the fun anytime, so get signed up today!
Shift Available:
Monday: 8:30 AM- 11:30 AM
Tuesday: 8:30 AM- 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM- 3:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM-11:30 AM and 12:30 PM- 3:30 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM-11:30 AM and 12:30 PM- 3:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM-11:30 AM and 12:30 PM- 3:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM- Noon and 12:30 PM- 3:30 PM

Feeding Northeast Florida distributes food to those in need through a network of local agency partners. We provide food and hope to thousands who struggle to feed themselves and their families. We work every day to find solutions to the issue of hunger through awareness, advocacy and community education.
