On Sunday, February 28, PWC will host its 19 th annual gala to benefit its Modifications for Mobility program. "Back to Black....and White" is the theme of this year’s one of a kind event. From costume characters to cashiers to event cleanup, we need volunteers in all positions. This year, we will be offering a wide range of new volunteer positions with all options ranging in necessary skill level, time availability and activity level. PWC provides home repairs, emergency response, weatherization, and other housing-related services to very low-income, elderly or disabled households to assure their critical housing needs are met.
