The American Cancer Society Denver Champions of Hope Gala Volunteer Committee is a community of business leaders from the Denver Metro area and beyond who have made it their personal mission to assist in the fight against cancer. The Champions of Hope Gala is the primary fundraiser of the committee, attracting 300 community and business leaders, and is one of the premier events in the region. Through the leadership and support of the Committee, and the generous supporters of the Champions of Hope Gala, the American Cancer Society continues to fund crucial and lifesaving cancer research.

In addition to supporting the American Cancer Society, committee members have the opportunity to network with others who are interested in making a difference in their community and significantly impacting the Society’s mission. With your continued support, the American
Cancer Society is making an immediate difference in the lives of those facing cancer. Thank you.

Member duties and responsibilities:

  • Serve as a community ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s mission and programs
  • Allow the use of name, company affiliation and photo to promote and publicize
    the Champions of Hope Gala.
  • Attend a minimum of three (3) quarterly volunteer meetings (one hour)
