As a Financial Aid University (FAU) volunteer you will provide one-on-one services to parents and students serving as a guide through the FAFSA process. You will also provide FAFSA follow up assistance on additional sources of funding, verification and corrections, and a review of award letters for other financial considerations. Volunteers must be available 2-3 hours either in the day or evening for FAFSA Days or one-on-one follow up appointments.
