We are looking for special individuals who are willing to visit hospice patients and their families during this difficult time in their lives. Our volunteers maybe asked to provide caregiver relief for the family member (or caregiver), read to the patient, maybe fix a light meal or snack, take the patient for a walk, watch TV with them, read if they'd like, listen to countless stories while the patient reminisces about his/her pastor provide pet therapy visits (licensed pet therapy animals only).
