Experienced tree trimmer needed to trim or take down a tree near an elementary school. The tree overhangs a sidewalk near an elementary school, and the resident feels like the area should be safer for children to walk. Unfortunately, she is unable to pay the cost for a commercial tree business to take care of the problem.
