We are looking for 20 volunteers to help make our District 4 Winter Wonderland event a success.
On Friday, December 4th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the D4 Winter Wonderland will feature holiday music, snow slides, a play area, and a healthy snack.
We will have two shifts. Shift A will run from 8:30AM - 11:30AM and Shift B will run from 11:30AM - 2:30PM. We are asking volunteers to help monitor students on the snow slides and to also lift children onto the snow slides. We also need volunteers to distribute books from SA Reads.
The Winter Wonderland event celebrates and encourages students who have demonstrated exemplary attendance, good grades, or excellent citizenship. This year’s event will be held at Millers Pond Park and will feature holiday music, snow slides, a play area, and a healthy snack.
