Operations volunteers are needed to help things run smoothly during this unique event! Shift time 5:30-10:00 PM. A few volunteers are needed at 4:30 PM and a small number of program distribution opportunities are available for teens. please email nsvolunteer@naperville.il.us if interested. Otherwise, 18+ please sign-up online via link above.
Volunteers are needed for both costumed and non-costumed roles during All Hallows Eve, an annual Halloween event, which brings the scariest of 19th century literature to life. Non-costumed volunteers assist with selling tickets, welcoming guests, or monitoring entrances/exits. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Auditions for costumed roles are held at the museum in September. Costumed volunteers may be asked to take part in a dress rehearsal on Thursday, October 19.
Non-costumed volunteers assist from 5:00-10 PM on either night
Volunteers are also needed for event set-up during the week before and break-down on the Sunday after.

Description
Naper Settlement is a history museum that serves northeastern Illinois as a unique educational and cultural resource. Through its costumed interpreters and 30 historic buildings located on the 13-acre grounds, history is brought to life with educational and hands-on activities for 150,000 visitors each year.
Naper Settlement is just steps away from downtown Naperville. Open year-round, museum provides fun and interactive learning opportunities for all ages. Become a part of our community as we portray and compare daily life from pioneer to Victorian to modern times.
