Grace Hospice is actively seeking Volunteers to join our team!! We bring on Volunteers for one-on-one companionship for our patients.

Our direct patient volunteers enrich the lives of our patients through time spent together and offering companionship and emotional support. A variety of activities are encouraged such as playing games, reading with, or to, arts and crafts or simply holding their hand on a rough day...

Description

Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
