We are looking for people who would like to give back to the local community by volunteering one day a week for four hours each time. During these four hours you will be assisting us in our daily tasks which include set up of programs, rentals and special events as well as helping the park patron.

Mission Statement
Mission: The mission of the City of Rio Rancho’s Department of Parks, Recreation, & Community Services is to create and maintain spaces and activities that grow a greater sense of community and enhance the quality of life for its residents. A Park Above VISION STATEMENT: Our Vision is to create a park that is a sensory rich environment full of sounds, color, art and accessible play equipment in a green environment. A park with hills, tunnels and elevations where the play equipment is accessible to ALL children of ALL ages. A Park Above MISSION STATEMENT: To assist and support the efforts of the City of Rio Rancho to establish a safe, clean and free park where the inclusive play equipment is accessible to ALL. These efforts will be done through volunteers and fund raising activities.
Description
A Park Above is the first desiged for everyone to come play. The park will be an outdoor community center with programs and activities scheduled through out the day time hours. There will be special events schedule on weekends and evenings for families to come enjoy the park together.
