This year, WGBH TV Pledge will be doing national breaks for a new Peggy Cappy Yoga show and we could use your assistance as a Pledge Operator to support this very important drive. You'll also be exposed to the behind-the-scenes work that goes into a typical live studio production, all while helping WGBH programming.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills & friendly disposition
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to speak loudly & clearly over the telephone
- Capacity to hear callers over the phone with ease
- Experience using a laptop computer and basic data entry skills

Description
GBH productions are seen and heard across the United States and Canada. In fact, we produce more of the PBS prime-time and Web lineup than any other station. Home video and podcasts, teaching tools for schools and home-schooling, services for people with hearing or vision impairments...we're always looking for new ways to serve the community!
