The Event Leadership Team for the Relay For Life of Fredericksburg/Stafford is looking for two individuals to join their team of volunteers!
These two volunteers would serve as Community Champions. Community Champions are volunteers who go out into the community and share flyers and information with businesses about Relay For Life! They ask businesses to hang flyers and/or put brochures out, and they encourage the individuals to team up with the American Cancer Society in the fight against cancer by joining or forming a team and/or becoming a sponsor! Community Champions would also request permission from high traffic businesses to set up a table and hand out information to shoppers.
If you are a self motivated people person, who is looking for a way to fight cancer in your community, this is the volunteer position for you!
