March of Dimes Chuck a Puck Night

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: March of Dimes

  • 6 people are interested

We are looking for adult volunteers to work 2 stations at the Orlando Solar Bears game on November 30th for the Chuck-a-Puck night benefitting the March of Dimes.

Volunteers will be selling foam pucks that to guests at the game. People who purchase these pucks are allowed to come down and throw their puck into a bin on the ice. Our volunteers will help to pick up the pucks on the ice.

Volunteers are asked to wear purple, as that is the color of the March of Dimes. We recommend wearing a purple shirt over a white or black long sleeve shirt. Please plan on wearing long sleeves, pants and a jacket, it is chilly inside. We also recommend volunteers to wear sneakers/flats to help with being on the ice.

Complimentary parking is limited so we encourage volunteers coming together to ride in the same car. The March of Dimes staff will coordinate the parking with you.
