WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO ...

The Family Partnership is a multiservice nonprofit organization with a 138-year-old legacy of service to children and families in the Twin Cities in need of support. Our mission is building strong families, vital communities, and better futures for children. Through counseling, education, and advocacy programs, we are closing opportunity and achievement gaps for those living in poverty and providing them with the skills and resources to reach their full potential.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF A FAMILY IN NEED ...

For families living in poverty, the holiday season only adds to the stress of day-to-day life. Our Holiday Sponsorship program works to lighten some of that stress, for both children and their parents, by providing families with items from their "Wish Lists," such as toys, clothing, and home essentials. Your involvement in our Holiday Sponsorship program will not only bring lasting memories to the homes of some of the Twin Cities’ less fortunate children and families ... it will also bring hope.

For over 10 years, our Holiday Sponsorship program has been connecting those who can help with those who need help. Whether you choose to do it alone, with friends and family, or within an organization or business, you can make a real difference and lift up those in need.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS ...

1. Visit http://www.thefamilypartnership.org/holiday/ to complete the Holiday Sponsorship Form.
2. Within in a week of receiving notice of your interest, we will send you the "Wish Lists" for each individual member of the family you will be supporting and instructions on how to label and deliver gifts.
3. Shop, wrap, and label each gift individually.

• Please wrap all gifts in non-religious paper (i.e., solid colors, winter themes)

1. Deliver wrapped, labeled, and bundled gifts to: The Family Partnership, 1501 Xerxes Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55411

• Drop off hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-4:30pm.
• Please call ahead to 612.341.1600 to schedule a time.
• Deadline for dropping off gifts is Friday, December 9, 2016.
