- We are currently housing a record number of children in our emergency shelter. We are looking for volunteers who are available to help on a regular basis, to offer stressed Moms some respite.
- Additonally we are looking for volunteers to help develop children's programs for our kids to enjoy while they are living in the shelter! If you have a love of children and a creative spirit, this is the opportunity for you!
- Flexible schedules would be very helpful! Many of our clients are in situations where planning in advance is especially challenging!

The YWCA has 2 programs- A HOUSING PROGRAM
that provides a wide range of opportunities:
Emergency housing, transitional housing, supportive living,long-term housing and affordable housing
and We have a Young Parents Support Services (YPSS) program which has programs for Moms both in and out of school.
