Our Mission

At LifeLong West Berkeley, we believe in the power of integrative medicine, and our wellness groups are an integral part of how we treat our patients. We offer many wellness groups including Afro-Cuban dance, zumba, knitting groups, and yoga classes.
We Need a Yoga Instructor!
We are currently searching for an additional yoga instructor to teach a beginner's yoga class weekly here at our health center.
We have our own yoga mats as well as several rooms in our health center in which we offer yoga classes, including a very spacious auditorium. We are fairly flexible in coordinating a time for this class.
Please contact me if you are interested in teaching a yoga class at our health center! From speaking with previous yoga instructors, they find leading a yoga class at our health center to be a very rewarding experience. You have the opportunity to do yoga instruction for many people who have little or no previous experience with yoga.

Whether you’re a parent who wants to learn better ways to keep your kids and family healthy, an adult who wants to keep in shape, or a senior who needs a medical team that can provide care for your special health challenges, LifeLong is here for you. We welcome long-time residents and newcomers to our community. No matter what language you speak, or whether you have health insurance, you can count on us for help.
LifeLong Medical Care offers a sliding scale for low income patients based on family size and income. No Patient is denied health care services based on inability to pay.
