Project Sunshine mobilizes over 15,000 volunteers to bring recreational, educational, and social service programming to 100,000 children facing medical challenges and their families in 175 cities across the United States and in four international locations: Canada, China, Israel and Kenya.

Thanks so much for your interest in the Chapter Leader position in Miami. This is a really fun and exciting leadership opportunity with Project Sunshine. This position is specifically for a Sunshine Chefs program at a residential house for children facing medical challanges and their families in South Florida. This program provides fun and nutritional cooking while fostering healthy eating habits for the entire family.

Chapter Leaders make a minimum one-year commitment to this leadership role recruiting and training volunteers, and leading local programming. This is a volunteer position. The programming occurs on weekday evenings, but initial training will require some extra weekend and weekday hours. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

Project Sunshine partners with over 325 medical facilities across the U.S. and in four international locations, serving more than 150,000 pediatric patients and families.
