Assist Downtown Division VA Medical Center Patriot Store During Holiday Season

Time Requirements:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1:00pm- 4:00pm
Specific Duties:

- Provide positive Customer Service
- Gift wrap packages of various sizes and shapes
- Must be able to make bows or have the capacity to learn
- quickly
- Greet customers and determine their needs and wants. Discuss type, quality and number of wrappings for purchase
- Actively listen and answer customers’ queries and concerns
- Wraps and decorates customer's purchases with gift-wrapping
- paper, ribbons, bows, and tape in retail store.
- May assist customer to select appropriate wrapping materials.
